• Send deceptive email headers, fraudulent claims, or misleading subject lines.
• Send unsolicited commercial bulk email to scraped personal consumer accounts.
• Fail to honor opt-out or unsubscribe requests promptly.
• Use the platform for phishing, malware distribution, or illegal activities.

3. Subscription Billing & 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
